"The clothing products are hit or miss for me-they are super cute but their 'one size fits most' (sizes 0-8) category covers a fair amount of the clothing, and it's not a universal size. I'm closer to the 8 end of the spectrum, so the minor differences in fit between products make a difference in my comfort level. That being said, when the products did not fit, the customer service rep., Kimberly Allen, was very helpful and prompt in giving me store credit and helping me to use the credit for a sale (which required an e-mail since you can only enter 1 code at a time during check out, and store credit = code), which lessened the blow/general annoyance that comes when products your excited about don't meet expectations. "
