Discount applied

"On my first order I was promised a discount on Meowington's already low prices. I must have pressed the wrong button, so the discount did not show up on the invoice. I was pleased when I received a promt reply from customer support advising me that the discount would be applied in a few days. I see now it is applied to my next order. We shall see....

Very pleased with service

"I called because I was having an issue finding the promo code box. As in I saw it nowhere. Ms. Kharvin Galang cheerfully helped out. I had been trying to place the order thru the facebook link - which rolled off when I tried to find the number to call. I had tried at least 5 times to place the order and even got a facebook update - saying something like - we noticed younwere here - come back here a 30% coupon. She carefully took my order, waiting while I found the actual catalog items names. Then processed it. What a lovely helpful person. Made the whole experience a good thing. Looking firward to getting my items. Thank you. Trisha Cummings"

Scammers

"Don't bother ordering from them, all their products are from China and are shipped from China and you can literally find the same on Wish or Aliexpress for way cheaper and free shipping.
They don't have a "cancel order" option, they avoid ANY sort of customer service communication, and they pretend they didn't get any emails or calls from you. If they do answer to you, they'll do so after DAAAAYS and say sorry its too late your order is already shipped and we cant refund you, or sorry, we didn't get any messages from you. Bunch of scamming re sellers!

Unable to contact anyone by phone

"They list their hours as M-F 1p to 5p

I have called twice now. Both times sitting on hold for 10 minutes (yes 10 minutes!) and an answering machine is what picks up.

Get this - the answering machine informs me that they are closed March 25th and will resume operations on March 26th. And that's particularly puzzling as I am calling today on January 9th. Is this message nearly a year old...or perhaps older? Why bother posting a phone number to call and keeping someone on hold just to get an answering machine? I wish I could speak with someone to resolve this issue but I'm without any help or options.

Good customer support, frustrating delivery

"I ordered several items at the end of November. Most of the items shipped within a week or so, but one has backordered by an extra two weeks--which was longer than they said it would be. I wanted to return an item because the fit was not flattering, and a support staff member, Kharvin, was very helpful.

I had placed a separate order at the same time in November, but it still hasn't been shipped. The send date kept getting pushed back, so I'm not sure when it will arrive.

Do not trust their promises on delivery

"The website banner was advertising orders shipped within 24 hours and that Christmas delivery was still possible. As a just in case measure, I paid extra for the fastest shipping possible. It is now December 23 and USPS is still awaiting the item from them to ship. After numerous attempts to contact Customer Service, they finally got back to me today offering a generic message and providing me my tracking number again.

I will never order from this site again, and I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to actually receive what they ordered in any timely manner.

Dropped the ball

"I placed an order on 11/27, was told it would ship on 12/12. On 12/12 I got an email from meowingtons saying one of the two items was backordered and I could get a refund or replacement. I emailed back, same day asking if they would simply send the backorderrd item when it became available. I didn’t hear back, sent a follow up email two days later. Still nothing, so I emailed 5 days later again. They responded A WEEK later saying no they would not send the item when it became available, and I would need to select refund or a different item. I chose to refund, and the refund was issued immediately (hence two stars instead of one).

A few hours later, they emailed saying the other item was being delayed in shipping because of high demand. Mind you, I pre ordered this item on 11/27, it was supposed to be shipped 12/12, and I’m told on 12/19 they were not shipping until after Christmas. I called and canceled the order. Not worth the time and annoyance dealing with this disorganized company. Never received any acknowledgment about the fact that they ignored the emails I sent (RESPONDING to their initiated email) for an entire week. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want to note, I bought my item for $42.00. They now have the price at $98.00 and on “sale” for $55.

Excellent customer service

"I ordered the Cat Tail Measuring Cups as a gift for Xmas, but one of the cups had a chip in the rim when it arrived. Upon emailing the team at Meowingtons, they replaced and shipped a whole replacement set to me which arrived in just over a week (USA to Aus).
Very pleasant experience, will definitely shop with them again.

Order placed weeks ago not shipped

"I ordered 2 items over 2 weeks ago. Christmas is a week away and the items have still not shipped. Do not order from Meowingtons for holidays or gift planning. They apparently can't handle volume. They told me it was taking a long time because they are personalized items??? I ordered 2 standard sweatshirts. No customization at all. They told me they shipped. Nope! USPS says it has not received the items. Ugh!"

A1 Customer Service

"Exceptional customer service done by Kharvin! He was able to troubleshoot some issues I had with my orders and did so in a speedy manner. I also voiced a concern, wondering if my package would come in time. Of course with the holidays there’s no guarantee, but Kharvin eased my worries by providing me a tracking number before my order was confirmed. To my delight the package came the day I needed it so I’m very happy with that. Overall great experience and my associates love the gift I got them. Thank you Kharvin for a good first experience with Meowingtons!! "

"I received my purchase and one of mi item was broken. I wrote an email the same day and i got a response only after 2 hours from Kharvin Galang. He said to me that he had placed a new shipment of my item and this will ship the next day! Wow! What a good service! :) Its really nice to see and have a good and fast service like that!

Meow-velous Products and Fur-bulous Customer Service

"I have bought many Meowingtons products over the years, and they are always delightful. I’ve only been disappointed once: I recently received a cat-ear hat that was way too big and rather misshapen. When I requested a return label, I instead received an email from an actual human being asking why I wanted to return it. She immediately ordered a replacement hat to be shipped to me at no extra cost and told me to keep the irregular hat, saving me the time and expense of sending it back. This purr-sonal touch has made me love Meowingtons even more!"
