I order several items at same time. Some were delivered immediately (had them 2 days after) by Purolator without any additional fees !
While asking why some items were missing, customer care responded immediately and very kindly explaining that they were out of order on them so they decided to ship the first items although. Then, they keep me updated on the next delivery without needing to ask for it. They respected the new delivery date they give me and I got the others items delivered in two days following week!

"Shipped product quickly but failed to update order status online or send email confirming shipment. They clearly didn't bother testing the shopping cart system they borrowed from NCIX. Shipping was cheap but they used purolator and purolator did not bother delivering the package for some reason. I would have found a note from them or received a phone call requesting entry into my apartment building, requesting pickup, or perhaps my roommate that is home usually would have heard something. Meanwhile I emailed memoryhouse assuming they hadn't shipped the package yet, it took them something like 46 hours to reply with the tracking info. This simply shows it had been returned to them several days ago. I've tried calling them twice since then but their phone system says that the extension is unavailable. There is no customer support ticket system on the website. I'm still waiting for them to reply to my last email, asking them to cancel the order and refund the money. "
