The other flash was found to be less superior and much cheaper on other sites. I am trying to return it but when I call at 6:20 eastern tie the return department is closed. Major RIPOFf!"

"Classic Bait & Switch. Placed my order last night for a Nikon Flash. They did have the best price by far. Got an Immediate email back that my order would be reviewed by one of the staff.
Also at the bottom of the email was some jibberish about their company reporting to the authorities if they detected a fraudulent order. Got another email the next day that there was a problem with my order and to please call. Called and spoke to a women who informed me that the Nikon flash was out of stock and they would not be getting any for 4 weeks. She then tried to sell me a Vivitar Flash. After this experience I did a search on this company and found out who they really are.
Stay away from these guys. No shame. "

MelloDigital offers excellent aftermarket batteries and charges for major brands. In my case, Nikon, their products are higher performing than original and at a discount.
There was one battery shipped that didn't fit my video camera. Lisa immediate shipped the correct product.
I still have an original Nikon battery on back order... for my new D800. Their after market battery is from EOM and has full capability...integrated chip indicating in the camera that it is a brand new original battery on its first charge.
These folks make every effort to provide excellent service."

"These guys really are shameless frauds. This is the classic bait and switch. They had a Sony flash at a very good price and showed it in stock on their website. I ordered the unit, and they called the next day to tell me they didn't have it. Since I'd read some of these reviews, I didn't let them go any further. The flash still still showed up as online and in stock that same day. This seems to me to be pretty clear fraud. You don't consistently show items as in stock and then turn out not to have them. This is the classic case where if something seems to be too good to be true (prices way lower than anyone else) then it is false."
