"I would like to share my experience using the portal.
Tried Megaspin.net for first time, and the criteria why I considered it was the fact that it has latest products released by producer (DHS released a new type of TinArc rubber). Along with it I ordered ping pong balls.
First part I received on second day, no issues :).
With the rubber I had a small adventure that doesn't affect in my vision overall impression (great source of goods). Somehow, a wrong type of rubber was sent. I contacted the support team, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly: postage stamp have been sent, once package was returned I got correct ordered item with a nice gesture: free pack of Nitaku balls!
I understand that the issue, most probably, was due to fact that a new type of rubber was ordered.

"Megaspin has the best/easiest to navigate website I have found. The balls I ordered shipped out the same day and the blade/rubbers were configured and shipped out the next day. I had an issue with my blade/rubber and customer service addressed my issues promptly, and I even received a follow up email from the owner making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Customer service is often lacking with web based companies, but not with Megaspin. I'll be back for more as my game improves."
