"I am very dissatisfied with the cartridges ordered from this place. They claim that they are one of the biggest and most honest business in Universe. They are located in Brooklyn - which speaks for itself!
The order was short, instead of 9 cartridges I received 8; when I inserted one to the printer, it spilled, then I decided to insert another - same story. Then I tried to contact them by e-mail - absolutely no answer. Finally, I called them and
the customer representative(Max)told me to send e-mail to his name - he didn't respond. When I asked them for authorization to return cartridges - no answer again. Plus, the total on invoice was indicated one amount, however, the credit card reflected higher amount. Therefore, my advice to all of you - do not order to avoid future problems. This company is a scam!"

"Poor customer service, Extremely Poor Quality Ink!! I placed an order for 2 cartridges of ink, they didn't ship out until 7 days after placing the order. That was the first sign that I was dealing with an unreliable company. Another 7 days went by and finally I get the ink in the mail, 2 weeks after purchase!! I installed the color cartridge, and right away I knew the ink was bad; the colors were wrong, the blue, red, and yellow were all faded and actually printed out too dark when I did a test print. The ink looks washed out and very poor quality. Its not worth saving a few extra dollars if you end up with ink that makes terrible looking prints. I will stay far away from this company and their cheap quality products. I wish I had found this review site before ordering from them, its better to research online companies before ordering, I found out the hard way. You have been warned..."

"Was attracted to MegaToners.com because of their "free shipping". I did not read the fine print to see that there was a minimum purchase of like $50 required. What made matters worse, is that there was no shipping charges all throughout the checkout process. It was not until I checked my bank account that I saw a $4.95 shipping charge that I had not approved.

They did a pretty good job of canceling my order in timely fashion, but overall I am not happy with them because of the above mentioned reasons."

"Bad products, Refilled Ink cartridges only able to use half the ink then they stopped working did not get what I paid for. Attempts to contact them by e-mail no responce. Customer service on a scale of 1 thru 10 (1) Quality of products purchased (1) was not satisfied with their product and will not do business with them again"

"Most unsatisfied of any merchant in 30 year. Product was defective, leaking ink in package and all over my desk when I opened the package. I had order multiple items but none were compatible and would work. I sent called the company and they would not return the call. I sent the items back and the company refused to give me refund. The worst company I have ever done business with. Stay clear of this company and its bad products."

"The 1st black would not print clear, just like out of ink, the 2nd black
worked OK so far. The first color acted like it was out of ink, the 2nd one printed 5 to 6 pages then acted the same. I purshed a new HP color cartridge and it is working just fine. So the 2 color and the 1 black you sent me are defective would like a refund.
