"I ordered over 5 grand worth of disks and was sent an e-mail stating it would ship in 2-3 days. After a week their web site still said the same. I called the company, no answer, just voicemail. I left a call back number and no one called back. Next day I sent an e-mail and rec'd an e-mail saying they would contact me this afternoon. No reply. Next day Sent another e-mail they replied saying they will contact me tomorrow.(no reply) A week later I received a UPS package that said it weighed 4 lbs. It actually weighed less than one pound. My order should have weighed around 70 lbs. A week later UPS showed they shipped 35 more lbs. I e-mailed them asking them to change the order to the amount shipped and cancel the remaining. No Reply, emailed again and rec'd reply he was in a meeting all day will contact me tomorrow.Guess what? No reply. A couple days later I canceled the credit card charge. Then immediately UPS showed the 35lbs being returned. I never did hear back about anything. No apology no nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I'm wondering if there are no people there, just computers."

"Ordered 12 HP backup tapes. Credit card was charged immediately, however, 57 days later nothing nothing has been shipped. Radio silence on the other end. Appears to be nothing more than a total scam."

"I ordered five Travan tapes nine days ago. Their website said that they have nearly a hundred tapes in stock. The next day the order status says it "Will ship in 2-3 days". I emailed them to ask about this, and they never responded. Today, nine days later, the order status still says "Will ship in 2-3 days". I am trying to cancel my order right now."

"I placed an order for backup media cartridges on March 29, 2010. After 8 days they still had not shipped. I emailed them twice and called over a dozen times - all but 3 I got a voice mail that was full and no response to my emails. The first time I spoke with someone (after 4 days) he said the site had not been updated and to check later. Second time he said he would check with the warehouse and get right back with me; however, he never called. Third call I cancelled the order. I would NEVER recommend using this company."
