"Well, when I ordered, the next day I received an email stating that the 9 gallon Bayou Fryer was on backorder and they were expecting them in about a week. I wasn't happy. I called two days later to cancel my order and was told that they were on hand and would be on the floor to ship probably Tuesday. I told them that I would wait until Wednesday to see if they were shipped. Now this was Good Friday. To my surprise my fryer arrived Wednesday. Extremely pleased. Missing some nuts and bolts but called the company be making them, and they are on the way. Top flight sellers.

"I had a lot of questions before placing my order. Questions were from shipping charges to products. They were very quick with answering my questions and did not hesitate to send me more information when I asked. I even deleted my order conformation email and ask for another one. It was literally 2-3 min after sending the email that I received a copy of my conformation email. I have never had or used an electric smoker but I have heard nothing but good from the one I ordered. "Please be aware if your product search takes you to the product page before check and not their home page. I ordered the wrong product and tried to stop it but it was delivered. I sent it back unopened and lost the tracking number. There policy on the FAQ home page states that a tracking # must be furnished for a refund. My email receipt said nothing about this. To make a very long story short, I ended calling the manufacture where my product was shipped to and after they received it they credited my money back to Meat processing products. They still didn't bother to refund me and insisted that I should have known since it was an e-commerce site. Well after more emails I finally received my refund with the proper restocking fees. NEVER AGAIN!!! "

"This is a product I should've purchased a long time ago. While I only shuck probably 10 boxes of oysters a year, this shucking bar pops them like a hot knife thru butter. Liquor loss is absolutely minimal, practicaly non existent. You still need a shucking knife (included) to shave the shell from the meat. There's no more slipping, therefore no substantial gloves needed (rubber glove instead, now). Two people can knock out a ton in no time. I LOVE IT !!!"
