"I attempted to purchase a bed mat. Started on Toyota.com but eventually ended up at the McGee Toyota website since Toyota wants their sales to go thru a dealer. Shortly after I placed the order it was cancelled supposedly due to vendor supply issues. Jeff Szopa from McGee Toyota explained to me the there was a “stop sale” put on this item by Toyota. Despite this, I am still able to order the bed mat on the Toyota website and if I go through Rochester Toyota I can order the bed mat. Just not at the reduced price I got on my original order. To say that I am disappointed in Toyota is an understatement. Even though my wife and I have been Toyota owners for many years ( we are on our 4th Highlander and 2nd Tundra), the non-sense I’m running into over this bed mat has me thinking that I will not purchase another Toyota. Too much drama on getting accessories for a new truck which is still in production, and an underlying thought that I am not getting the whole story behind why this bed mat is not available. One simple question: if this bed mat is no longer available, then why is it for sale on the Toyota USA website and why is it still listed as an accessory for buying a new truck. Right now, I am unhappy customer because I believe that something just doesn’t add up with this whole situation. Perhaps another manufacturer can supply accessories for their new vwhicles"

"I ordered a battery thru Toyota online parts, and selected McGee Toyota of Epping for pickup, first I never received email notification from this dealer saying that my order is ready for pickup, second, I called to check if my order is ready for pickup and they said yes its ready so I went to take the battery then they told me they have to charge me $20 or I have to return the old battery to get the $20 refunded, they didn't say this when I called them, so I have to travel back to them to drop the old battery and get the refund.
Lastly, they gave me the cheaper battery claiming that the more expensive one is no longer available, but I already paid for the expensive one!!! they didn't say that on the call!!! "
