"McBub! What is there to say? Sweet products at ridiculously low prices and awesome customer service to back it up!

I ordered a 7" Android tablet from McBub. I live in the United States, so I payed the extra for the express shipping. My order was placed over the weekend and the package was at my door on the next Friday morning.

Despite good packaging, my tablet had a minor flaw in the screen that eventually spread into a crack after a few days. I made McBub aware of my situation. They gave me the option of sending the tablet back for repair, or sending me a new screen to repair myself. I chose to have a new screen sent to my door to minimize time without my tablet. The new screen was in the mail as soon as it was available for shipping. Shipping confirmation was promptly emailed to me.

The new screen was sent via snail mail, but it arrived in a very timely manner. Just over a week. The screen was very well packaged for a safe trip overseas. It arrived in perfect flawless condition. I disassembled my tablet and had the brand new screen installed in less than 15 minutes. The new screen works perfectly and I could not be more pleased with this product for the insanely low cost.

All in all I have had a very positive experience with McBub. The customer service was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to make sure that my purchasing experience was a good one. Thumbs up to McBub! I will most definitely be making future purchases with confidence!"

"On 2-22-2012, I purchased a Ployer MoMo from McBub for my wife.

First, I left the owners manuel at a card dealership while having my car serviced. I contacted customer service at McBub and ask how I could get a replacement manuel. Customer service sent me a link to download the manuel which I immediately did.

Secondly in May, I was just fooling around with the tablet and cused the screen to go black. The tablet would come on but the screen would go black. Again I contacted customer service and they patiently walked me through the process to get the screen brightnes back on. Everything was in Chinese but they once again sent me instructions on how to change the language back to English. The only problem I could say I had, was the time difference between our two countries. There is a 12 hour time difference and when they were working, I was asleep and when I was awake, they were asleep.

"I received an Android tablet that should never have been made. It's slow and buggy, and the touchscreen does not work right.

To get any sort of response from McBub, I had to file a paypal complaint and escalate to a claim. Only then did McBub email me. I responded to them immediately, but of course have not heard back.

Paypal guarantees my purchase and is requiring McBub to refund me, but not until the tablet is confirmed as shipped back to China via a tracking number. Shipping with tracking will cost me $38. Tracking a packing in China? I am not hopeful this is going to work out in my favor.
