"Slow shipping/processing, albeit they are coming out of China. I also hate the fact that their leggings and many pants/shorts/dresses come as "One size fits all" ... Way too many different female body types for that. This is my first order from them so if the quality of clothing is good, I will re-think about ordering from them again.
Oh, and I tried to order a pair of boots with my order and chose the cheapest shipping option and to my surprise it came out to be $27 for shipping! I contacted LiveChat (which I must say was actually good, quick, reliable help) and they informed me it was because of the weight of my package (boots very heavy). I quickly took them out of my shopping cart."

If u return it would cost 20 plus dollars to just mail back very upset with my order n a waste of time n money. "I purchased a pair of boots from MayKool, on the website it said they ran true to size, so I ordered the size I wear (6). The boots took over a month to arrive. I was quite happy to finally have them, but very disappointed when I got home and tried one one to find it was at least 2 sizes too big. The other boot I never even removed from the package. I contacted them to do an exchange. They asked me to send $20 via paypal to send me a return shipping label. It never came. I paid an additional $45 to ship the boots back. I tracked the return package and made sure it arrived. 3 months after it had arrived at destination, I got a box from maykool. They sent me back the exact same pair! So now i'm out the $ for the boots plus another $65! I emailed and spoke to customer service prior to sending the boots back. They assured me they'd exchange them. Then once I got back the same boots I returned I contacted them again, only to be told they wouldn't take them back because they'd been worn! They were 2 sizes too big, and I'd never even removed the second boot from the box. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had."
