"Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. My husband had purchased 3 pendants from here, the stone fell out of 1 within a month. I mailed it back after finally getting a hold of someone and it got lost, they refused to do anything. I never heard from them again after MANY calls and emails. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. "

"Terrible place! They have an amazing photographer because the necklace that I received did not look like the necklace that was online. They are over priced and their products look cheap and tacky. Their customer service is a joke and they have many ways to make sure you do not get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It's not worth the money. "

"Do not buy from this company.

I purchased the urban sweet pea birth stones for my wife. One of the birth stone fell out of the necklace in less than a week. Max and Chloe would not refund my money and wanted me to take their necklace to the jewelry store to have it fixed at my expenses.

They would not provide me a credit.

IT is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I had to have American Express help me get my money back. The employee, Sonya, kept telling me my necklace would come, my necklace would come, and over a month later, no updates! Every single time I called, the manager was out of the office, and she had no one to consult with. She apologized, but said she can't even get a hold of a manager herself....ever!! THE most fraudulent company I have ever worked with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

"I ordered a gold necklace from Max & Chloe On 5 Oct 14. Item took a while to be shipped to Singapore because they had to collect the item from elsewhere. When item was shipped, it reached my apt block on 5 Nov 14 (took long to arrive because item was sent to the wrong country) but because I did not insert the unit number of my apt, item was immediately sent back to Max & Chloe. No one called my handphone to verify with me although my handphone number was provided to Max & Chloe. I contacted Max & Chloe and was assured that the item will be sent back to me when they received it back at their office. And from then on, the nightmare began. I had to keep emailing to check for the status as emails often went unanswerred. And finally on 8 Jan 15, after 2 months, they confirmed there was a mishap and item was lost in transit and requested for me to fill up a claim form. I was also asked whether I would like a refund or to have a new item sent back. I did not want to go through the nightmare again so I said please give me the refund. And since then till now, been another 2 months, no reply whatsoever despite numerous emails sent. Future buyers to be aware of the irresposible attitudes and poor customer service. I have been cheated of a few hundred dollars and will prepare for legal action."

"Max and Chloe has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a ring priced at $120 with a 20% coupon code available and free shipping. When I was checking out it never prompted me to enter the code nor was I able to review and comfirm the purchase. Right after entering my credit information I was charged $148. That wasnt even the price of the ring. I have sent 5 emails and called 5 times and can not get a customer service person to speak too. They only have an answering service to take "messages." Why polyvore chooses to promote this site has ke questioning to ever shop from that site again! So now on Saturday I am told by the same woman who answers their phone they are closed for the weekend and I am out $148 when I could be shopping elsewhere!"

"Max & Chloe's customer service is horrible. I ordered a "gold" necklace online and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture and was practically orange in color. Even when I sent pictures to them showing this, and comparing the color to other gold necklaces I have, they claimed they didn't see what I was talking about and there was nothing they could do. I will never shop from them again, I would not waste my money here if I was you. Jessica in customer service was absolutely zero help and it's a wonder how they stay in business with the terrible customer service they have."

"I'm not sure how else to say thank you. I finally made up my mind after returning and exchanging a ring 3 times. It's extremely pretty and has received several compliments, but my indecisiveness got the best of me.
