Poor customer service. Beware!

"I received the wrong mattress due to a SKU error. Then the replacement they sent was also wrong. It's been over a month and they still can't resolve this. I spoke with multiple reps and showed proof and clearly stated what I had ordered, but they are incompetent. And I had to file a complaint with the BBB."

''The not so great a bargain as I thought''

"I was supposed to get a $1100 mattress for $800. The deal was already written up. Come to find out that I did not qualify for free delivery. I had to pay $150 for out of area delivery. ''Pay or your order will be cancelled''. Of course, I paid, but that made my bargain not so great. Disappointed customer."

Sleep hasn't felt this good in a long time

"We were able to order a double-sided gently firm king-size mattress. Our last mattress was a single sided mattress, and it developed an indentation in the middle of the mattress. It was a Stearns and Foster "Tasha" king-size mattress which was very expensive and not quite 10 years old. We even bought a mattress topper hoping that it would help, but it seemed to be worse.

Only one problem with King Serta Perfect Sleeper Hotel Presidential Mattress is that there are no handles/straps on the sides of the new mattress to help when we need to flip it over every four months or so.

Bad customer service and non delivery of $400.00 promo Visa card

"I tried repeatedly to contact customer service and finally gave up. I was to receive a $400.00 gift card as part of the purchase price. I never received it. The mattress was great as most Stearns and Foster are. It took a month to get the mattress. I will not buy from us mattress again "

Good deal, but I "paid" with delivery problems!

"I went on Consumer Reports to find a good deal on a mattress for our new house. This Simmons mattress was rated by CR as a "best buy", and US Mattress had a much lower price than other sellers. OK, so I clicked on the link, also feeling good that CR would get a percentage of my money. The ordering process was easy, and I was able to schedule it to be delivered to our new house on Sept. 9, the day before our furniture was to be moved. That was perfect, since it meant we wouldn't need to move the old mattress. But - on Sept. 8 I was supposed to find out the delivery window, but instead the message I got was "It's time to schedule your delivery". And when I clicked that link, the earliest date was Sept. 15. OK, I said to myself, I'm not happy but I'll live with it. (There seemed to be no way to contact XPO, the delivery company, other than to send an email to which I never got a reply.) But again, on Sept. 14, instead of a delivery window I got "It's time to schedule your delivery" again!!! And the earliest date was Sept. 21!!! At that point I went ballistic (for me) and sent an angry email to the US Mattress customer support address. I did get a quick response to that message, and soon after that I got a new message from XPO with a delivery date of Sept. 17. Things went fine after that. It did actually get delivered on that date, and the delivery men were polite and professional. But what the heck was going on before that???"
