"its been almost a year and i still havnt been able to get any help from this company to make my lcd display work, there is a driver error, but they will not return my calls and they block all emails from the 5 services i use (hotmail, yahoo, etc) this is the worst service i have ever had."

"I purchased a MX201 LCD from Matrix Orbital complete with keypad and the works. I was extremely happy when it arrived in its pretty little white box with “Matrix Orbital” stamped on the top. I immediately opened it to find my precious little baby tucked inside emits a wealth of packing insulation to insure no damage during shipping.

When I installed the display it had a minor defect where 1 of the keys was U/S. I e-mailed their tech-support and I reply (from a real person, not a robot) was sent very promptly. I received a new keypad from them the very next day. This did not solve the problem however, so Matrix Orbital shipped me a brand new replacement the next day (from across the country).

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Matrix Orbital's product and technical support. I would defiantly purchase from them again."

"Based on several reviews, I decided to try out a Matrix-Orbital LCD display. Their website was fabulous - well laid out, all the specs in each units descriptions, and you could even look through the manual for each item online to make sure it would fit your needs.

Their transaction pages were easy and clear, and I had the unit in my hands (even choosing regular shipping) just 3 days from when I clicked "OK" - it even had to come through Canadian customs, which has given me problems in the past. Not so this time - bravo Matrix Orbital.

The bundled software is great, and the USB unit is very cool. I only wish they sold the alt USB cables that you can run off the USB headers on your motherboard..."
