"I ordered glasses from MO in October 2021. The website looks nice, relatively easy to use, etc. The glasses took 2 months to get to my house only to have the wrong prescription lenses. I immediately returned the glasses. It took the company months to issue my return. I never go an email, a note, nothing saying my return was ready. I contacted them again, they are offering 75% store credit (yeah, right.), 50% cash back, or to remake the glasses for free. The frames were awful, the wrong size, and cheap so I do not want them remade. I asked if I could pick different frames, they said no. I asked if I could get 50% cash back, they said because I had to get a new card (fraud ~ probably from this company) that they cannot refund my money via check. What kind of business can't print a check? One that doesn't have an accounting department? A scam? Finally, I asked for 100% store credit and they still said no. So here we are: I have paid $200 and I have no product from this company. They stole my money. Do not ever buy from this company. "

Scam company

"I ordered my glasses on Black Friday in November 2021. It is now May 2022 and I’m almost positive I will never receive the order. I’ve asked for a refund after several status update emails, requesting to know where my order is at, and then at one point they told me one of the pairs I ordered was out of stock so I had to pick out different sunglasses. No wonder, because it’s 7 months LATER and I still do not have my order. Don’t waste your time OR money on this awful company. No one answers the phone and you’ll be lucky if anyone responds to your email inquiries. This company is a joke and a complete sham!!"

Rip Off

"I wish I read these reviews before I made my purchase. Because it seems that they have ripped alot of people off. Most of these reviews are from a year ago yet the site is still up, ripping people like me off when I found it through google which is supposed to be reliable... and now I can't get a refund and they have my credit card information... Long wait but eventually recieved.

"I ordered glasses for my 7yo son on March 8th. I got an email a few days later saying the frames I ordered were out of stock. So I had my son pick another pair and got an email the next day saying those frames were out of stock as well. I requested 4 more frames and finally the 6th pair of frames were in stock. The pair of frames that were in stock were about $30 cheaper than the original ones I purchased and they did refund that portion thankfully. This all took a good week to get sorted out.
2 weeks later (3 weeks after original purchase date) they still hadn't shipped and I hadn't heard anything so I contacted customer service and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks before the glasses would ship. Finally today April 14, nearly 5 1/2 weeks later the glasses arrived in the mail. I had my eye doctors office check to make sure they were the correct prescription and they were. I'm glad I got the glasses for my son but would not order from them again as it was a lot of hassle and time.

Months to process order, never received

"3 weeks after ordering glasses I was told by customer support that it would be another 2 weeks before they even started my glasses. I asked for a full refund and they refused. Customer service was rude and condescending. They finally pushed an 80% refund on me witch still hasn't come through. And after reading all these other reviews I'm afraid I'll have to report the fraud to my credit card company. Please do not use this company. They will scam you. "

I ordered over 10 days ago, and still don’t have my product!!!

"I ordered prescription glasses over ten days ago. I have emailed with absolutely zero response. I never got a confirmation email for my order. And when I called their customer service desk, I was INFORMED that I wouldn’t receive my glasses for another 3+ weeks…

When I ordered my glasses, it clearly stated 3-5 business days, and I would receive my order. The CSR proceeded to argue with me about what I SAW, on their website! This is not a good way to drum up repeat business.

I could have gone to Walmart and got glasses if I wanted this sort of treatment. Completely unacceptable. I want what I paid for!!! Completely unprofessional and rude. I will NOT be a repeat customer…

Marvel Optics is a Scam. Do not order from this company.

I ordered glasses from Marvel Optics on July 15, 2021. It took a month to receive totally unacceptable product -- prescription not correct (blurred vision at distance) and photochromatic coating non-existent. Started their "Returns Process" and learned their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" non-existent - only a partial refund. After returning glasses, they claimed they never received although I have a receipt from USPS indicating date/time of delivery and package put in hands of individual. I have exchanged multiple emails, and they claim there is "nothing they can do". I lost $297.
Total Scam.
I should have read these reviews before ordering.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MARVEL OPTICS.

"I ordered a pair of rx riding glasses for my motorcycle. They came 3 months later and the left lense was not rx at all. Completely unusable. I went through the long and arduous process of returning them for what I thought was a refund. 3 months later I got them back in the mail with them saying they had been fixed. They are exactly the same and now I can't get in contact with anyone. No response to emails and a phone line that goes to voicemail every time you call with no callbacks. Shop elsewhere. You have been warned. "

"It has been 30 days and they still have not shipped them! The discount is no longer worth the delay. Customer service answered my question about why its taking so long 2 weks after ordering them with: "According to the lab team that they will be able to complete your order within 2 weeks. We will send you the tracking information once available".
