"I realized last minute that I needed some items for my Mardi Gras party. I searched online for a company that would ship "same day" even during mardi Gras week. I found mardigrasspot.com and as long as I ordered by 3 p.m. CST, they would ship the items the same day. I ordered by 1:30 and although I had to pay for expedited shipping I was excited that I would receive my items on time. The following day, I checked the status of my order online and it did not show that it had shipped so I called. I was told the package had not shipped. I explained that I had ordered "on time" according to their requirements and that I had paid extra. She put me on hold to call the shipping center. She indicated that my package was already boxed up and that they had paid the extra to ship it "next day air" to guarantee that I received it on time. That's awesome customer service.
