I thought I had found it but this tile was lighter than I thought based on the picture online. I understand that there can be variations, especially with natural stone just wish it had been closer to what I’m looking for. "
"Manager sent email confirming order with picture of product and asked if ok to ship. This was on the 5th of December showing 6-8 days for delivery. I called on Dec. 13th to track shipping. Was told by customer service rep. that order had not even shipped. They never let me know that it was not shipped or would not make the timeline for delivery. Then wanted me to pay the overnight shipping fees to get product in time. Horrible customer service with no solutions and did not follow what stated online. "
