Big scam!

"I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I emailed them when waiting for my map and did get a response…… even though it was a lie saying it was coming the next week. Stay clear of this company. SCAM!!!"

Took my money!

"Ordered a map of Guatemala a week ago. My Mastercard was charged immediately and I received a confirmation. I was promised an email the day it ships-supposed to have gone out priority mail. No email. No response to my numerous emails to customer service and the multiple voice messages. They simply ignore their customers. After reading other complaints (should have done so before ordering) I suspect this is a scam storefront. "

THEFT?

"Placed my order over a week ago. Still have zero status update other than “ordered”. Needed the items for a project. Wrote an email with zero reply. Called to find they don’t have a working number. Sent another email and I’m pretty sure it will be ignored. They did however charge my account for my order which has had zero activity. Seems like if you accept money for a service and don’t do the agreed upon service, that’s theft. "

No stock on hand!

"Waited over a month and have only gotten excuses as to the map not being available. Why advertise something and not have it available for sale. Won't shop here again. Find your maps elsewhere. "

What a disappointment

"I needed a map of the area to which I was moving. I ordered the necessary map and asked for rush delivery. Little did I know it takes them 5 days to process the order, then another 3 days to send it (the 3 days is the rush mailing). It didn't arrive until after I needed it, and it was the wrong map. Although they refunded me the rush delivery charge, they told me that they would ship the correct map. I waited for over a month, still no map. They never contacted me "oh, we forgot." After my contacting them they said it would take an additional month before they could even get it in their warehouse. I finally told them I want my money back.

A poorly run business model like this spells eventual closing; I am surprised they are still in business.

"I placed an order with maps.com the middle of November. They debited my bank account, but I still have not received the merchandise. I have sent an email and have also called customer service three times and have gotten nowhere. I am sick of this. I will never order anything from them again!"

"I tried to place an order five times. Each time I got an internal server error and never got to a checkout page. However, they took my money five times and won't give it back. It took me a while to realize what happened, but I contacted them months ago. The customer service rep keeps saying over and over that it was turned over to accounting and will be resolved in a week or so. They are thieves."
