"As I have said in every, single e-mail correspondence with this company (which clearly employs people who are not particularly skilled in the English language), I will NEVER, EVER order anything again from them. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Simple, right? One pair was the wrong pair; their mistake. According to their website, to exchange something, you need to reorder the merchandise you want again, and return the item that was unwanted. Fine. I reordered the shoes. THEY SHIPPED ME THE SAME WRONG PAIR OF SHOES A SECOND TIME! So, now I've got TWO pairs of the exact same wrong shoe. They did send me a shipping label to return one of the pairs, which I used, however, they have not credited my credit card for them, which I have in writing in one of their annoying "tickets" that they would do. Because of the UNBELIEVABLE hassle with returning ONE of the two wrong pairs, I'm not even attempting to return the second pair. With the way they do business, I would be out twice my money. I should have known from the broken English in the e-mails to me that I was in for trouble with this return. My next step is to put the charges in dispute with my credit card company, which is a whole other hassle in and of itself. I can hardly wait. Save yourself the trouble. Find a nice pair of shoes on Zappos. My husband raves about his shoes from there and has never had a problem."
"I feel so stupid for not looking up reviews on this site initially. I saw an ad on Pinterest for a shirt I was in love with, and foolishly clicked and purchased right away. I ordered a size medium after reviewing their size chart. Upon receiving it in the mail, the shirt was WAY too small. I could barely move my arms in it. The quality was also super poor. Then, I noticed the shirt didn't even have any tags attached to it. THEN, I noticed there wasn't even a printed receipt in the bag. I've never ordered anything online and received something like this. It was literally just the shirt I ordered stuffed into a bag. I submitted a ticket regarding returning the shirt, per the instructions on their website. The rep that went back and forth with me had really poor broken English. He wasn't even reading what I was asking. I asked for the address I should return this to, and he came back and said that they will not pay for my shipping. (I never asked them to...face palm). I decided to open a LiveChat on their website, and spoke with Heather. I was getting really short responses from her, just super unprofessional. I was already suspicious to begin with, but then I started reading these reviews while mid-conversation with Heather. So I asked her how she will ensure that I actually get my money back upon returning this shirt. Her response (image proof attached) said "I mean they should refund you". WHAT IS THIS? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this site at all costs."

"Let me start my review by saying I used this site to buy gifts for my wife. So i have no opinion on the the clothes, selection, etc. The site itself was easy to use and the clothes are relatively cheap (in cost). But this company is dirt slow... actually i take that back because if you every seen what happens when you knock over a lot of loose dirt it actually moves pretty fast. This company has been the worst with shipping. I placed my order on the 12th expecting that at worst my items would get hear by the 23rd. Maybe my expectations were too high the only site like this I've used in the past is Nastygal. I wish i would have just spent more money and went with Nastygal. My package didn't even leave the facility until the 20th... 8 days after I put my order in. It just reached New York today so likely wont make it to me til Wednesday next week making the take almost 12 business days or 16 actual days. This is just unacceptable. I already went out and bought my wife other stuff. I was planning on sending these items back when they got here but from reading other reviews that seems like it will be another head ache.
There customer service is also poor. They take a day to respond and when they do its barely readable. I have included an unedited example:
"Hello, thanks for your cotinued patience and we just confirmed with our shipping dep. that here is the latest USPS tracking# (edited out the tracking number for obvious reasons but it doesn't mater cause 36 hours later it still doesn't work.) for you, please give some time for the courier to update the tracking info and track it later.
We may have to speak frankly to you that it would be unavailable for a certain promise the package to be reached by Friday, we do not want to let you down but we hope we can be honest to you, thanks for your understanding.
Anyway we would spare no efforts to push the courier to speed up the process for you in order to satisfy you.
Hope you will receive your package soon and love the wonderful item.
Please be assured that we never shirk our responsibility and we will help you as much as possible asap. Happy holidays!"
So i can't speak to the quality of the product cause i haven't received it yet. But any men out here trying to avoid the mall and the headaches attached to it keep on walking. I suggest sucking it up and spend a little more money to use a reliable site who's shipping and receiving department have their act together. "
