"I ordered their electromagnetic car defrosters and when they were received. I was very happy until I opened the box which was very damaged and what they sent me was aroma therapy machines for the car, not heaters,
so when I asked them for their money back, they said they sent me exactly what I ordered and I sent them pictures of their ad and pictures of what are received.
Yeah, they look the same but totally labeled different. So I asked for a 100% of my money back. They said take it up with PayPal.
So I took it up with PayPal then I was guaranteed my money back from M T
now. Make trendy wants me to send all the product back to them.
But I don't have a return address. due to the lavel being damaged in transit
And that's gonna cost me around $50. and does not guarantee they will return my money.
So why would I spend that much money to get my money back? When the product is wrong? Anyways
they are such a lying company, don't trust them.
They ship out fast and then they don't respond to you anymore. After that, when you find out that they sent you, the wrong stuff ..
would not use this company ever ever again.

Bought a magnetic battery pack made of 3 batteries, 2 of them do not work. They refuse to process my claim because I cannot produce the envelope used to ship the product - I still had the box showing no damage during transportation.
The product is of very poor quality, it looks like a cheap Chinese copy of the intended product.

"If I could rate this company any lower, I would. I placed an order at the end of June. After I got confirmation, I noticed that the wrong item was ordered...I needed charging connector for android and not Apple. I told them and they said they couldn't change it..even though the item wasn't shipped yet. Then, I said I'd return it and they said no returns. Their policy is that if you don't tell them within 24 hours of ordering, you're out of luck. Well, since they are in Hong Kong area and I'm in NJ, by the time I get a message, it's over 24 hours.
Anyway, I kept going back and forth and they still refused to send the correct item...even though, after 2 months, item still wasn't sent. They state item should be received within about a month. What happened to customer satisfaction? This is the worst business transaction I've ever had.
Three months later, I have finally received the item I don't want!!!
DO NOT order from this place...you have no recourse with them. Stick with buying from companies in the U.S. or your own country where you have some rights to get things corrected. Unless an item says final sale and no returns, how can this company say you can't return anything? Lowest treatment ever!

I have been waiting for over 3 months for something they said was on it's way.

A little over a month after I got the "on it's way" email, still nothing so I emailed them to find out where it was. They sent me an email that it was back ordered, OK I get when something is popular, and that it should be sent out in the next week and that to say sorry they gave me a 20% off next order code. No way I'm ordering anything from them again!!!!

That was over a month ago.... AND now they will not reply to my emails... Horrible customer service. Total scammers!!!!

"Buyer Beware! If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would! I purchased two eyebrow tattoo pens, and first. Of all, it was over a month before they came. One of the pens was defective, with NO tip! The other pen was complete, but not great!
I contacted the company and described the defective pen. They requested that I send a photo of the defective product .... I did.
Weeks later, they responded, asking me to send a video and a photo of original mailing package! Am I the only person who throws away the mailing package after I receive a product?!
I responded again, with photo and order number, explaining that I no longer have the mailing envelope.
Their response ...... can't help me or proceed without the original mailing envelope! WYD!
The product is a joke and so is the company, avoid the hassle cuz the product is definitely not worth the money or the effort!"

"I ordered an item from a Facebook ad from maketrendy.com on June 19th.
Heres my story:
June 25 - received email with shipping notice with tracking number.
July 7 - contacted them after tracking number shows up as item delivered in October of 2017.
July 10 - received email reply saying tracking number may take longer than expected to show up.
July 12 - tracking number now shows as no record found. They responded by saying tracking number not synced check in a few days.
July 20 - they say experiencing shipping delays and ensure me my item is packaged and ready to ship.
July 25 - again they say order dispatched check tracking in a few days.
August 8 - they respond with another form letter saying they will deliver as soon as they can.
No communication from them since August 8, tracking number still says no record found.
I understand that over seas shipping can take a long time, but I can not accept that the item has been packed to ship since June 25 and the tracking number still shows as no record found.
When I email them I either get a form letter saying sorry for the delay or they say to check the tracking number in a few days.
I urge anyone that has had a similar experience with them to alert others, as I have been doing, by posting a link to this page whenever you see an ad on Facebook from Make Trendy.

UPDATE: As of August 20 the tracking number still shows as "No Record Found", this is almost TWO MONTHS after I received the tracking number."

"Terrible Company and Customer Service - I recently saw a product advertised on Facebook for the sale of a ‘Translator Device’. As I’m about to travel to Turkey and are struggling to learn the language, even though quite expensive at £80, I decided to go ahead and purchase. As the advertisement didnt state available languages and I was struggling for network over my phone (damn 4G to 3G), I spoke with the online ‘live’ Make Trendy operative to clarify that the product indeed included Turkish. I was told that it most definitely did and was a brilliant product. After awaiting for over a month and making many contacts as to the delay, it finally came through the post. Unfortunately it doesn’t have Turkish included, is very cheap looking (Chinese product confirmation included) and needs a mobile phone to work, which must be on at all times. This is not what I was led to believe and is a complete rip off as I could have paid to just install the app on my phone. I have straight away challenged MakeTrendy.com to be adamantly told that I cannot have a refund, nore a credit note and that I have no ‘Consumer Rights’. I will be taking this to Trading Standards but wanted to warn anyone before they waste money on any defective, cheap but expensive tat. Not as stated on advertisements (very vague), employee lies as to clarifications. Terrible Customer Service and I will never buy from them ever again."

Once I contacted customer service they had me jump through several hoops in order to provide proof through video and pictures that the product was not working. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service and the faulty product and expressed that I wanted a full refund. They admitted fault that the product was faulty and only offered to reship another. I can told them that I no longer wanted their product and that I did not want to wait for shipping again and for them to give me a full refund. They responded that they were not authorized to do refunds only reship at that point I told them I would take it up with PayPal on my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau if they did not refund my money immediately.
