"I ordered my things before October hit because I didn't want to have issues with the Halloween rush. Well on the website it says it takes 24-48 hrs to ship the order. Mine never shipped. I even tried to get a hold of them by phone and email for 3 business days and couldn't get a hold of them. I ended up contacting my credit card company to get my money back. I was ignored after only 3 rings when called. I even left a voicemail after emailing because they wouldn't answer anything. It really upset me. I googled them on reviews and they seemed great. But they took over 11 business days and I had enough. "
