"They screwed me over and loved doing it. I created 2 types of stickers for my 500+ member organization, collected the orders and then paid for them. However, a few days after I made the order, I received a notification that the company could not make one of my designs after all, even though I had already paid. I was told I would receive a refund but never did. I was told that the second sticker I ordered would be shipped to me by Nov. 19, and it NEVER WAS. I approved the proof and paid for it. When I reached out to them to ask about it, they told me they cancelled this order. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME ABOUT THIS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK. This company is such a scam and I will NEVER work with them again."
