"As a restoration company, we used them to get our crew their ppe. They said they had it in stocks and we should receive the tracking number shortly and we would have product in a few days. Never got a tracking number or update. Called the company. They didn't have an update. Got an email the next day that I won't receive shipment until end of March. Had to track down a new vendor. My company goes into people's homes for a variety of reasons. The top 2 are covid cleaning and crime scene/trauma/bio clean up. Not only are they exposed to the virus but potentially blood born pathogens. They have families and offer a service to keep all families safe, especially during traumatic events. I realize there is a massive shortage and back orders. They need to keep their customers informed so they can keep themselves and others safe. "
