"My first (and last) experience with this company was disappointing.
They forgot to put an item (worth over USD100) into the parcel.
When I found out that an item was missing, they sent it by usual, non-expedited mail.
This caused me a trouble: couple hours of standing in line at local postal office (in Soviet Russia you have to if you got non-expedited mail).
Bottom line: if this is how they treat first time customers, well... I better buy same items from amazon.com."
