"Don't ever buy any magazines from this company. They take your money and never deliver the magazine. Customer service is non existent. I ordered a magazine in February 2014 and have been given the run around by the company. Today when I called, and actually spoke to a real live person I was told that magazinesusa.com can no longer get the magazine for me. They told me they usually do offer a refund, but the would for me. Why wouldn't you offer a refund if you could not deliver the product? They requested my credit card number. Why would I give a credit card number to a company who has not been honest with me for all of these months? I would be crazy to give that company my credit card number. I have asked numerous times for a customer service person to contact me. That has never happened. Yet today when I called and actually spoke to a real person (Alisa) I was told she was the customer service manager and the highest person I could speak with--yet she answers the phone? BUYER BEWARE. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY "
