There is no Customer Service

"There is no Customer Service. They keep renewing your magazine and charging your credit card. They have 4 or 5 phone numbers and they are all interactive recordings. You cannot talk to a person. I wrote and emailed them in early September 2018 to cancel the 4 or 5 magazines I was getting from them and they still billed me in December. You can only speak one magazine at a time, which takes a lot of time . The recording said "your magazine has now been cancelled. The refund to your credit card company will be "zero dollars and zero cents". We'll find out later if it was ever really cancelled, but apparently they are never going to return any money (and will probably charge me again next December).
Also, many of the magazines aren't as they describe them; I can't even give one of them away.

I wish it was zero stars

"I was charged 4 times for transactions I never approved. I saw it the next day and immediately contacted them and PayPal where the money was withdrawn from. After 5 emails that I sent to them their final email said they never charged me and i need to send them my bank statements to prove they charged me. (I don't feel comfortable giving these people anything) However this was after them saying they were going to cancel the charges. I feel this company is scamming people and they are unwilling to even work or look into fake charges or unauthorized access. If you ever see this pop up on your card immediately cancel your card and never even go to their site!"

"I order a magazine, paid for it and have never received it! Total scam! Dont order anything from this company!! Only way to contact them is email. Wish I would have read the reviews before I threw away my money! "

Lost integrity. Borderline SCAM

"My experience with this company was OK for several years but it's gone down hill. -4 stars for receiving subscriptions 3-4 months after sign up, swapping to a totally different magazine without notification, in the past they never returned the follow up call as promised when I had an issue (said within 3 days) and now I see they completely eliminated their customer service line. How can you solve issues via email? This is BAD!"

paid for subscription in november, still no magazine in march.

"I ordered a magazine on 28 November for my sister for Christmas. As of 25 January she had still not received anything. I emailed this company and the reply was that it would take up to 12 weeks for the first issue to arrive. As of 8 March still nothing. I emailed again and got the reply that they would look into it and be back in touch w/in 5 business days. Guess what? Still nothing. Do not order anything from this company! You'll spend your money and never get anything from them! I wouldn't have given them any stars, except that you have to give them something so that you can comment.

Bait and Switch

"Basically the company line is that it's a 3rd party that essentially takes zero responsibility for its part in sales fulfillment and communication with the publisher/magazine whatsoever. While it indicates you can purchase a 'renewal', it will result in duplicate issues nonetheless if you've previously purchased through any other source. Never, ever again will I fall for this one. The worst outfit; I hope it gets exposed on '60 minutes'"

If I could give a zero I would/STAY AWAY!!

"Ordered a 2 year subscription as a Christmas gift on 12-19-17 and still (03-09-18) no magazine has been delivered. I tried contacting them through email and it would not allow me to send. I also tried to call and the company there is no phone number to speak to a representative. Oh but they had no problem taking my money and bank information. The BBB has been contacted and they are checking into this. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. "

SCAMMERS!!

"My account was charged for magazines I never ordered - a ridiculous amount of money. I called and asked for a cancellation and a refund. I was told my money would be refunded in 5 days. I DID get a refund - but not all of it. When I called back to inquire about the partial refund I was hung up on by Melvin. I called back and Melvin said "it was a system error." - sure it was Melvin. I asked for a supervisor and Paul got on the phone. He said I have to wait another 5 days for the remainder of my credit. This is a complete waste of my time. These people are scammers and liars. Do not get your subscriptions through this company!!!"

DISHONEST BOGUS SCAM ARTISTS!

"THREE times I had to call to cancel bogus, unauthorized charges.
I called six months before any renewal should have taken place to cancel any which might occur. Luckily, I wrote down the transaction number of my calls.
AFTER two calls, I was STILL charged for renewals I had been told did not exist.
I will NEVER do business with CME, TMX, Time-Warner or ANY of their dishonest affiliates EVER AGAIN!!

I want my money back how about you?

"Three month trial subscription is a scam. 3 months ago, I purchased a 3 month trial subscription for $19.96 that was charged to my account. The idea of a trial product is that you get something and try it out. They had the audacity to give me a bill to continue my subscription when I have not even received a single magazine. This a consumer outrage. I want answers and I want my money back. I want to gather signatures of others whom have been ripped off by this scam. See I am a disabled veteran of OIF/OEF. I am not able to do much but read. I have trouble with typing and prefer tangible mediums to read like books and magazines. I would like answers. I believe I deserve answers. I believe everyone who has been waiting at mailbox for months for something that is not coming deserves answers. "
