"I ordered three brushes from this store on March 11th. They sent an email on the 13th saying it was shipped. I paid over $10 for shipping which was pretty high but I needed the brushes. It is now the 24th of March so I started a dispute with them through PayPal. Now they are answering my emails. They said that they never had sent me an email stating that the brushes were shipped, but I have the email that says "Shipped" so I have got them there. I just wish I had found this rating site before I had dealings with them. "
"BEWARE! I placed an order for a puppet theatre on Sept. 18th. I needed it to complete a therapeutic playroom that opens Oct. 6th. I was concerned since the order was placed 2 weeks ago and their website states they ship items quickly, sometimes the same day. I have tried calling them and emailing. I had to leave a message on their voice mail. No one calls back or responds to email. "
"Watch out they only post good reviews on their website. I bought a Julian half easel Spring 2013,
because of the good reviews. Easel has terrible workmanship, barely usable. When I contacted company they said they now have a disclaimer saying there is quality problems since a switch to China manufacturing. I told them disclaimer was not on the site when I bought mine. Also they told me they put all reviews on site but it is not true, only good reviews are shown!"
"Order a Furniture from them, asked if the item was in stock. They confirmed that they will check. After long five days, they cancelled my order without any notification. Also they charge before they ship so watch out."
