"I purchased a Mad Dog 550watt modular power supply from Circuit City.It came with a 5year warranty.The power supply failed.I contacted Mad Dog and received an RMA# shipped them the defective power supply per their instructions.That was almost a month ago.They will not answer my repeated email requests for a status on the RMA and they will not return my phone calls to their useless tech support phone #.
If you go to the San Diego,CA Better Business Bureau website you will see that they had 75 complaints against them some for not honoring warranties."

I recently bought a 450 Watt Sure Power Mad Dog PSU, and it is a great value! The 16 X DVD Entertainer drives that I got over 2 years ago works great also. I plan to buy their MegaSTOR 6-in-1 16X Double Layer Internal DVD±R/±RW as a gift for my wife. It’s a great deal at only $59.00! I’ll review it soon.
