"Ordered a simple cable on Sept 26, 2011. No news for a month. MacParts finally recognized on Nov 9, 2011 that the shipment was lost and proposed to send me another one. Finally received my cable early January. A bit long, but USPS was probably the one to blame.

A couple of weeks later, the final outcome : the French transporter service used failed to deliver the parcel. I am waiting for either a) full refund b) new delivery. Again, Mac Parts Online are unreachable, by phone and email. I have opened a Paypal dispute. Still no reply."
