The service was just as advertised - one day to deliver a shipping box, overnight return prepaid, and the laptop was repaired in 24 hours and returned overnight in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Very helpful sales support. I had a scsi card that had no bios on bootup. No banner, no ctrl-a response, nothing. The windows driver loaded o.k. so I can use it to control a drive but no boot from it. I sent the original back and they promptly sent out another one that didn't work in 3 different motherboards on boot up either. I didn't want to go through the hassle of return shipping again so I just kept the 1/2 bad card and the bundled WD scsi ultra2 hard drive as the price for both was reasonable for just one half of the bundle."
