"I placed an order for a toner kit for my HP 5Si printer on 12/20/06 and never received any email regarding it. Nothing. I wrote up on 12/27/06 to check the status. No reply to my email. Wrote again on 1/4/07 to check status. No reply. Called and left two voicemails on 1/5/07. No calls back at all. I then check the site on 1/8/07 to see that my order has been cancelled. No email, no phone call, no nothing. I then wrote them to see if my card had already been charged or if they were going to credit me. Again no reply to two more emails.
How can you guys run a business like this? I had 2 previous orders through this company that went ok, but I would get invoices confirming orders 3 days after order was placed so I knew this was a possibility. Really poor communication. I don't even know if this company is still in business as I've never heard from them again. Buyer beware! Doing business with this company will cause you more headaches than anything. If you need parts, pay the extra few bucks and go with another company that will actually communicate with you."
"I want to order a laser multifuction printer to replace the indivitual printer, fax, copier and scanner that I are using. I decided to buy a HP Laserjet 3030 after extensive search. When I go to Pricegrabber, the best price is from a little known company called Machotdeals. I am a little hesitate to order from them because it does not much of a track record. However, most people reviewered this store are positive so I decided to take a chance. The order process came out to be very smooth. They shipped the printer on the same day and arrived next day. (Actually, I received the printer on the third day because no one was home to receive the package. But this is not their fauld.) Printer was in good shape and I don't have problem at all.
The only complaint I have is the actual shipping cost is higher than what they listed on Pricegrabber. However, the overall price is still a good deal. Recommended."
