I really appreciate that MacBookAdapter stands by its products and makes it easy to get them replaced if they need to be.

This is my second replacement of a MacBook MagSafe Power Adapter (item MA538LL/B) I originally ordered in March 2015. So, my first recommendation is to buy the extended warranty! Since I did, I feel totally satisfied with my purchase and the customer service experience.

This time, my adapter broke late Tuesday night and I had a new one on Friday. No hassle. No need for a deep explanation (unlike what usually happens if I take a problem device into the Apple Store). I asked for quick shipping b/c I can't afford to be without a computer, and Leo made it happen, which I really appreciate.

I will definitely buy from this seller again in the future, including the extended warranty.

My refurbished MagSafe adapter arrived quickly. It looked refurbished, which is to say it had a few scratches etc. just like my original had! When it broke a couple months later, I sent an email with a picture of the broken plug and they shipped a new one right away, no questions asked. It did take 6 days to arrive, though, which is a long time to live without a working adapter. So my one suggestion would be to make the replacement shipping faster. Still, though, great customer service, affordable price, better than buying a brand new adapter at full retail price IMO. "
