I have had bad luck with my macbook charger; I believe I have had six at this point. And while that used to be a great inconvenience to me, I this website has made it no trouble at all. For a MUCH lower price than apple, I get a charger that works and looks great (it legitimately feels brand new). PLUS the warranty on it is awesome (and it extends when you send in your broken charger - which they give you free shipping for - amazing). I had to use my warranty for a small issue with the cord ripping, and when I emailed them about it, Leo responded WITHIN THE HOUR about replacing it, and how they had already sent me a new one. If every company was as fast, efficient, and helpful as this, the world would be a much better place. I would recommend this to ANY macbook user in need of a new charger. Really, really great stuff. "I have several clients who still operate on classic Apple Macbooks. I always use MacBookAdapter.com when it comes to finding replacement parts for these machines (especially batteries). They are fast, friendly and their customer service is top notch. I have never had an issue with RMA'd items*.
One word of warning though when replacing a MacBook battery (and this is not a fault with MBA). Apple no longer produces batteries for these legacy machines, and so do not expect to receive a Apple branded battery. The replacements for these original batteries is not on par with the originals, but it is as close as I have seen and you can't do much better.
*I have had to replace 2 due to battery swelling or malfunction, but MBA has always stood behind their 1 year warranty for these parts, and for that I will continue to bring my business to them!"

"I am so pleased with MacBookAdapter.com, it's products and customer service. I first ordered a replacement adapter since my cord was frayed and I assumed was my only issue for not charging. Once it arrived (very quickly and earlier than promised), I found after troubleshooting that my battery no longer would take a charge...dead. I ordered a new battery (also arriving very quickly and earlier than promised) and am so very pleased to say I am up and running, both products work perfectly and the price was right too. "I was amazed with their exceptional customer service. my first adapter developed a crack after 6 months of use. I sent them an email on Sunday.. and received a response an hour later. They also agreed to ship me a replacement on my assurance that I will return the defective one as soon as I received the replacement. I certainly would highly recommend them to anyone!

"I ordered a 60W adapter for my MacBook Pro and it shipped the same day (on a Saturday) and arrived the following Monday! Pretty fast shipping! After I received the charger, I realized that I was supposed to get the 85W adapter for my MacBook Pro since the 60W didn't seem to be charging it as fast as my old adapter. I emailed Leonard and after a few emails, he agreed to exchange the 60W for the 85W. I emailed him to let him know that I had dropped the 60W adapter in the mail, and he sent the 85W charger out that same day without even having received my return! It arrived within 2 days and the adapter is charging my laptop just like the old one for now, and hopefully for a long time! I also sent in my old charger to recycle to double my warranty. When I had glitch with power supply, I expected week of delays, but barely an hour after after I sent message, I received email saying "No problem, dude, replacement on the way".
Also great idea to give double extended warranty for recycling old power supply. Good job. "
