"On October 4, I ordered a product from this company. I faxed a copy of the check for payment to maak, and it cleared my account on October 17th. After waiting 3 weeks for the delivery, I tried contacting them several times via email and telephone. I was unable to reach anyone, nor did anyone return my calls or emails. The telephone number, when dialed, only yeilds a recording requesting that you leave a message. When I finally spoke to a PERSON, at this phone number, I requested a refund. To date, 1/3/06, I have not received a refund nor the product ordered. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE."
"Placed order and never received products. After contacting Maak Enterprises about five weeks after placing the order to inform them that I had not received the shipment, they sent an e-mail saying they were going to immediately send a replacement order. A month later still no delivery. Requested a refund via e-mail on two occasions, with no response from Msak. Believe this company is a scam! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!"
"Don't let the low price fool you. They sold me illegal and unauthorized products. Look at the small print in the website. I received my product in just over three weeks from Australia. Very unethical and deceptive seller. They have been fined in the past for doing this. Reseach before you buy! "
"This company has got major issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It appears that this company may be a middleman for a non-US based outfit. The only way to contact them is through email and they DO NOT RESPOND. My order is now 30days old. Only half of it has been shipped. They may be cheap but not worth the aggravation. You're better off doing business with "EntirelyPets.com". Coupon codes make them competitive and they are a real company."
