"We were extremely disappointed with our decision to enroll our child at this school. We feel that it was a detriment to her learning and development and we regret keeping her in this environment for the two months that we did. During our initial visit with the school, we were led to believe by the Director that our child would be safe, would have an active curriculum, and would be cared for in a manner in which would be beneficial to her growth. We quickly learned that this was not the case, as our child was clearly neglected during her stay at this facility. Ultimately, her safety was put into jeopardy when the school released her to someone other than her parents, who had never been there before, and without checking their id. Our child has suffered immensely in her growth (behind her peers in development such as rolling over, sitting up, etc.) and she was also often left unattended (covered in her own spit up for who knows how long and often left in a dirty diaper for more than four hours, which has led to terrible diaper rashes and infections). I would highly recommend that the owners of this franchise conduct an immediate investigation into this facility to determine what changes need to be made to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else's child."

"I have mixed feelings with the school,curriculum is Fantastic.but i don’t see teachers encouraging kids for making friends.i don’t see staff is connecting with the child’s..it’s seems they are just doing their job.but still I started loving this School because their are no major issues with the school..infrastructure is good..location is good..My kid is growing good ..overall I will give 8 out of 10 to this school..And I do recommend this school to my friends .."

"Observations: 1. No mention of Safety procedures 2. I only saw one teacher interacting with kids. 3. The playground looked as if it had been neglected. 4. I thought I smelled cigarette smoke. Although, I thought the personnel were friendly and welcoming, when I compared the services and location to the other schools I visited- it did not make the list."
