The card also apears to be damaged because even before I loaded the drivers the card displayed random lines/discolloration on the screen as well as after the drivers were loaded.

"What a nightmare. I bought a Case, power supply and HUB. The case took 4 days to ship and so did the power supply. When it arrived the power supply had been fitted to the case. Great except I didn't want it like that.. I own a small store and the case and PS were for separate things.. It now looks like I give my customer and OEM PS as there is no BOX. The hub is another matter.. Its still not been shipped. I never was told the hub was back ordered and have never received any type of email regarding the situation of the hub (after 9 days). So basically they have my money but I have no parts... They should have atleast emailed me say that the hub is back ordered and not included in this shipment.. Bu hey that would be too tough.

I priced out everything at Newegg and then called MPCParts. I wanted to purchase from them, if possible, because they are local to me. The mobo (ECS K7S5A) has been known that you either get a good one or a bad one, so I didn't want to deal with the RMA situation. I called MPCParts and talked to Lars and asked him if he could help me out. He came back with a price that was comperable to Newegg so I purchased it from them. If you need to talk to someone who knows computers talk to Lars! Update 5/10/02. I had to RMA the board. I sent the board on Monday and had the new board Tuesday (I live about a half an hour away). They made me send it instead of just bring it in but it worked out O.K. I an very happy with the service on the RMA and I would definitly do business with them again!"

"Ordered from these guys a while back. Was a little skeptical as they weren't on resellerratings yet but they had a great price on the CG 9001 Server case. Ordered and it was shipped right away and delivered very quick. There was no power supply, and was advertised with one, but it wasn't a big deal because I already had one and I know this was CG's fault and not MPCParts. I just wanted to notify them that CG might have messed up as I didn't receive one. They thanked me for letting them know and, without knowing, they had one rush shipped to me a delivered a few days later. Good company in my book."

"RMA process was unprofessional to say the least. Mailed the motherboard back to me even though it was a defective return and I had re-ordered another one so as to cross-ship them. They screwed this up, leaving me with two motherboards. There was no explanation as to why the original motherboard was mailed back to me. Worse, the board was mailed back to me TWO MONTHS after the original purchase. So I had had a working motherboard for a month and a half, and suddenly this motherboard shows up out of the blue with no explanation. I checked my credit card statements and they never credited me. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS STAY AWAY!!!!"
