"I bought a pair of earphones since I read online reviews and the site appeared to be solid.
The problem is that, since I needed them in a hurry for traveling, I used the supposedly fast, but costly, EMS shipping service (which promised a delivery date between 3-7 days) instead of the regular free wordwide shipping.

Now, almost a month has passed and still no news of my parcel. So I politely demanded to be refunded the express shipping cost since I'm obviously getting a normal free shipping service, but they flat out refused to do so and ended up closing my ticket.

The failure to sympathize they have shown on this issue makes me very wary of recommending them or doing business with them again.
