"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!
I recently placed an order on a store called Home and Garden Surplus, but when I got my Credit Card statement it showed up as MLH Warehouse so I searched the internet and found that this store is the same as Cairo Shopping Center and MLH Wholesale. I ordered the LG BD390 BluRay player for a very good price, but when I received my order I got the LG BD370, an inferior model than the one I ordered. I tried to contact the seller right away, but they don't have a phone number listed, so I sent a email explaining that I recieved the wrong product. One day went by and no response from them, then I sent another email, and another, and another and still no answer. I sent 7 emails and have waited over a week and have received no response at all. I got concerned and looked at their website and found a ridiculous policy in their FAQ section.
It states:
I received the wrong product?
A: "Our products are in and out of stock very quickly and because of such we reserve the right to substitute your order with equal or greater value. When you place an order from our site you agree to accept the substitute UNLESS you state IN your order NOT to substitute your order. If you receive an order and dont want it then you can ship it back at your expense and we reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee."

They don't mention this when you are checking out.
This policy is in a very hidden place and you won't see it unless you read through all the FAQ section. Who reads all those things? I guess now I know we all should.

I just received an email from them, only after I filled out a return authorization form and all they said is " you are now authorized to send the item back". No sorry for the misunderstanding, nothing, just return the item at your own expense and loose 20% of what you originally paid.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and who ever will listen to me.
