"Mat did an excellent job of answering all of my questions and tracking down my shipment as well. I'm just waiting to have to replace a cartridge so I can put in the entire set I got from you. I've gotten products from MIS Associates for years and the ink is always outstanding and absolutely cost effective.

"BAD COMPANY. I have bought from MIS/inksupply.com around 5 times over about 7 years. They were fine till this time. They didn't send my full order, and would tell me they would send it, but NEVER did. They would say things, like they'd put it under warranty, and that's the best they could do. Meanwhile this common Epson refill kit remained on sale on there site, in all the different ink sizes. This went on for months. There was NO POINT in talking to them, so I had my bank reverse the charges. I WOULDN'T TRUST THE QUALITY OF THESE PRODUCTS ANYMORE, THE PEOPLE RUNNING MIS ARE BAD."

"This is my second order from The Netherlands. The first one was delivered in a very good shape and the pigment ink and refill cartridges are excellent! My second order is shipped now and I have a blind trust that it will be delivered soon. I recommend Ink supply to all my friends! Very good quality for a very good price.

"I placed and order for a plastic cover from Datacover, a division of MIS Associates, Inc. in June of 2013, that was supposed to be shipped the week of the 8th in July. At the end of the week the cover did not arrive so I contacted MIS Associates to get and update. No one answered the call so I left an online request. I found that responses were slow if at all, online chat seems to fail and conversations never get initiated by them, or were never answered because no one is "available", to which I have to leave another comment that I do not know if it will be responded to. Phone messages were never answered. I have several requests open that have not been closed or responded to. I had to initiate almost all conversations. I have received little of the information I requested and that was only after repeated inquiries and requests to cancel the order. I never received an order confirmation. Information was said to be emailed but never arrived, phone messages were said to be left but never gotten. In all I feel I was given the run around to avoid telling what was actually happening. The product took almost 4 weeks after the original promise date to finally be shipped, and I have yet to see if the product will meet the requirements I ask for and they said they could provide. As with other reviewers opnions of this company, and wish I had read before making my order,I would not reccommend this company."

"Have been ordering from this company for at least six years. Their customer service was always "grudging" and you had to be persistent with your calls, but you would eventually get answers. I recommended them to my sister this spring, and it took her about 6 weeks, a "lost shipment" and numerous emails and calls to finally receive her order. I was surprised to hear this, but I had been happy with them in the past, so I nervously placed an order on their website for a set of empty refillable cartridges on June 21st. As of July 1, the order still had not been shipped, so I initiated a Chat session with "Barbie", who assured me that my order would be shipping either that day or July 2nd "at the latest". She gave no reason for the shipping delay, but given my sister's experience, I was skeptical. On July 2nd, I received a notice that my order had shipped, but the FedEx site showed only that they had received "electronic notification of shipment". On July 3rd, the package still had not been scanned by FedEx, so I got back on Chat with "Barbie" who insisted that FedEx had picked up the package on July 2nd at "4:12 PM". On July 4th, the FedEx tracking site indicated that the package was finally picked up on the afternoon of July 3rd, and would be delivered to me on July 9th--2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order. (I suspect it still wouldn't have shipped had I not initiated all the Chat sessions.) Yes, there are now better options out there...and I will be using them. (Sadly, this company seems to be going downhill fast.)"

"I ordered $330 worth of ink on May 25. It took them until June 14 to send an email saying the order had shipped. That was not the case, though, as Fedex has never received the package. Numerous emails and phone messages have gotten no response of a vague response.

Today I discovered they double billed the order on my Visa, so I'm out $660 and still no ink.

Stay away. I wish I had.

"Sorry, this is going to sound like a broken record with other recent reviews. A couple of years ago this was a good company, and their inks good (I've only used the EBONI black). On May 31 2013 they confirmed my new ink order. When nothing had appeared two weeks later, I called on June 12, and finally got a human who told me they'd had "trouble" with their shipper, but I was assured my order had been mailed June 11. I was also told that my card would not be charged till the order was mailed. That was not true; unfortunately; it was charged on May 31. Today is June 28, and nothing has appeared. I've emailed several times, but emails are not answered. I've called numerous times, only to be told no "support agents" (whatever that may mean) are available. I've left email addresses and phone number, to no avail.
This may be due to dishonesty. I can't really say. I'm more likely to give them the benefit of the doubt and blame ignorance, incompetence and massive disorganization, but perhaps I'm being too charitable (or gullible). In any case, by all means order from them if you like but do NOT (as I did) pay their charge on your credit card bill until the goods are actually on your desk. Someone is certainly in their office to collect the money when you make a charge; but after that nothing happens.

Update as of July 5th: still no ink. My credit card company is now on the job as I try for a refund.

Update as of July 12: my order finally arrived today, no doubt thanks to my complaint to the credit card company about Inksupply. I suspect it was the VISA people rather than I who achieved this. I'm still not certain whether to use the inks or not, and risk messing up my printer, since my trust in this company has plummeted.
