"I was initially disappointed with my first order from missionsofts. My package was mishandlled by the post office and returned to sender, although there was nothing wrong with the address.

I wrote three emails over several days to differennt addresses at the company, asking for either a new shipment or else a refund. I didn't hear back until my fourth email, which was addressed to every address I had previously tried. That got noticed, and they were extremely apologetic about hatever had caused my previous emails to be missed.

Although I had been seeking either a replacement or a refund, they generously have given me both. I am impressed. I have dealt with some merchants who have made it difficult to get refunds in this situation, and I wasn't looking forward to a conflict. Instead, I am really impressed at Missionsoft's handling of this matter. I will certainly do business with them again."

"I ordered a Windows 7 OEM install disk, delivery was fine. But the product key that came with the dvd was obviously from an old pc, the sticker looked like it had been steamed off. When I entered it in the pc it didn't work, said it was an invalid key. I called Mission Softwares for a full day before anyone answered the phone, and then all I was told is we will e-mail you a key. The next day a key was e-mail to me, it was missing a digit, so it didn't work, I e-mail for another key. It was sent, I received an error from the computer stating that key wasn't for a Windows 7 operating system.
I am now requesting a full refund and reporting them to everyone for selling a fraudulent product."
