"Placed an order for Mb/CPU/Memory combo + hard drive + CD-ROM on 07/18/02. Today is 07/25/02 - still on there web site my order status is 'Pending'. Sent then email using web site's 'Contact Us' page. After one day got an answer "Please, call our Customer Service / Tech-Support Department". Call twice. Each time representative ask my order number and put on hold. After 10-15 minutes of holding I got a Voice mail announcement. Left message. Nothing happened. I am going to cancel my order later today. Don't have any deal with them. If it is so difficult to buy something, how terrible it will be to deal with some real problem...
Update:07/29 - got package. Surprise!!! NO CPU and FAN!!!! Packed terribly but it is just nothing. NO CPU and FAN!!!!.
07/30 - Call customer service. They told me that everything will be sent same day
07/31 - Nothing in email. Call them again. Customer service manager (Anthony) told me that everything has been sending in original package and they can not do anything for me. Call president of the company. He promised me that they will send CPU and FAN today. I am going to post result of it shortly. Finally everythink is OK. Thank you Alex. Good luck

"I for one am VERY PLEASED with MG Electronics. I have never see prices so low and never received service like this! I have purchased multiple computers from MG Electronics because of their friendliness towards me and their ULTRA-LOW prices.

I have never seen a business that could sell a TOP-OF-THE-LINE system for under $600 including a mouse, keyboard, speakers, and monitor!! That price included SHIPPING and ASSEMBLY!! I will forever be a customer of MG Electronics so long as I need to buy parts and accessories.

Customer Service and Tech Support is great, as I was recognized the SECOND time that I called! I don't know about anyone else, but who else can call up a company, place an order, wait 4 months, and call back only to be recognized BEFORE THEY PULL UP YOUR INVOICE!

I even get certain benefits being a returning customer! I'm never going to buy from anyone else except MG Electronics.

"I have filed claims against them and AVAPC.com for fraud on Pricewatch.com with the IFCC. They advertise a low price and then claim they are sold out. IF you call back and don't mention pricewatch, they then have it in stock. This has occurred on 4 seperate occasions. "
