"Have NEVER had any problems on an internet sale before these clowns. It was one problem after the other with MDofPC. "Yes, we have the product, no it is out of stock, no problem we can do that: no we can't, no problem: wait there is a problem": my God wouldn't some anti-depressants help? They cancelled my order twice, when I NEVER ASKED THEM TO DO SO. After the second out of stock notice, I asked them to send the product directly to a friend for his birthday, with instructions to send the bill to me, all via FedEx, instead of the original UPS, by a certain date. Two days AFTER the deadline, they send notification that the package is shipped, via UPS, to MY address. Ordered this gift 3 weeks ago and now they are saying they don't want to do business with me? THEY WILL NEVER HAVE THAT OPPORTUNITY AGAIN. And if you take my advice, please stay away from the King of the HIll Webmaster who refuses to let you talk to anyone. No telling what he is telling his father, who must be the owner. Even accused me of making threats when all I said I was going to contact the BBB, which is now done. THREAT OVER, GAME OVER. Oh, did call him an idiot, after all of his incompetent actions or inactions, he deserved that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! A REAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Oh, one last thing, the first time he said the Ipod Player was out of stock, he said they had another one, but with bigger speakers on each side. WHY DIDN'T THEY SEND A LINK? OR DID THEY BELIEVE SINCE I AM A WOMAN, THAT'S ALL THE INFO I REQUIRED? A JOKE."

"I ordered software from MDofPC and they still have not mailed it. They keep giving me the run around. The software doesn't even work like they claim after they sent me a link to download it...then they told me to contact pal solutions (the manufacturer of the software) and they don't know what i'm talking about. i asked for a refund after reading negative comments about the company, they said if i found something else to let them know. I don't want anything else from them, just my money back."

"This site was sketchy, so I only risked a few dollars to see how reliable they were. Their descriptions for their products are false. The site said the product was in stock, but when I ordered, the item was labeled as not in stock. They mislabeled the quantity, and stated the product was in retail packaging. I instead received the product in a cheap plastic bag in half the quantity.

When I told them I had received only half of what I had paid for, their response was rude and they tried every excuse in the book to say it wasn't their fault. Eventually, a month later I did receive what I ordered.

If you are going to buy anything from this company, I suggest e-mailing the Webmaster before you place an order to make sure their description is accurate because you are taking a gamble ordering from this company.

They state in their terms and conditions that their pictures do not represent what they sell and apparently their descriptions don't either. Very shady website, take extreme caution ordering from them."

"This place ripped me off. I waited a month and recieved the wrong item and then they charged me shipping and a restocking fee for their mistake. Don't believe me? Search them out in Google and find out for yourself.
