"Purchased a UNLISTED UL1154 watch on 5/13/2012. Received it very quickly by USPS on 5/16/2012. The watch is analog-digital - while I could get the digital set up of the watch working, the analog section of the watch does not work. Terrible documentation included in the watch (not MChrono's fault) does not refer to the Analog portion of the watch at all. In my previous experiences, there's usually a tab on the crown that needs to be pulled off for the clock to begin ticking. But there was no tab in the watch. Pulled the crown out and pushed it back in a couple of times but no dice. Called Cust service and was issued a RMA. However, what's not fair is that the shipping back to MChrono has to be on the customer's dime even though the product is defective. I did not check return policies prior to ordering but should have. Disappointed as the watch looks good. Quality control has taken a backseat with large scale production of cheap watches."
