"I purchased a Marc Jacobs handbag back in May 2005. This was the worst experience of online shopping I've ever had. I would NEVER recommend shopping here ever. Here's what happened: 1. The bag was on backorder which they didn't bother telling me in advance until I called to find out what was going on. 2. I asked to be contacted prior to shipping because I was going out of town and would then provide a shipping address based on where I was going to be (since it was backordered) 3. They never called and shipped it anyway. They then had to have it sent back to them to reship it to the correct address. 4. When they reshipped it, they shipped it to the wrong address again and had to retrieve another time. 5. At this point, I told them to hold it until I got home. 6. I received the bag 2 days ago and it is not what I ordered. The purse was supposed to be black with black stitching. It was black with white stitching. This is not what they have pictured on their website. I made multiple calls to this company and have dealt with 2 specific male employees who were completely useless, unapologetic and could care less if I was happy. I have called repeatedly to speak with the owner who has yet to return my calls. I am still awaiting a refund of over $700, and I keep getting blown off by the employees as to when this will occur. On top of that, they haven't been answering their phone for a full week. I am so upset and guess that I will have to dispute the charge. This was a complete nightmare and I would never recommend shopping here. They do not deserve your money. This is the worst customer service I've ever received, especially since I spent over $700. Buyer Beware!!! Do not shop here.
