I noted that all the items were on sale and indicated "No Return on Sale Merchandise" but decided to take a chance, ordering my usual size Medium 8-10. It arrived promptly and was a beautiful gown but several sizes too large, more like a 14-16. Not interested in a refund, I inquired if I could exchange for one that would actually fit me. Received a rude response stating that there are no refunds (duh) and that if I paid both return and new shipping charges ($15 each = $30) they would "consider" an exchange. Just feeling burned, maybe I can give this to a friend who is bigger than me! Would definitely NOT order from them again. "
