"Saw the ceiling fan I wanted an ordered without any hassles. Their excellent price compared to other local area and online retailers got me interested but their shipping policy which included free return sealed the deal. They promised 2 day delivery but the item arrived in 3 days (which I don't know if it was due to them or FedEx). Nevertheless, on their website they stated that if it doesn't arrive in 2 days they would refund $30. I contacted their sales department by email not expecting much but the next day I received an email confirming the refund. No fuss, no muss. I'm happy with my purchase and their prices. "Website says $30 if not delivered in 3 days. They didn't deliver and didn't pay. The items had been discontinued but they never took it off the website or informed me when I ordered. All of their competitors informed me before I ordered. There are plenty of honorable places to do business, this is not one of them"

"The beautiful chandelier I ordered arrived in a very timely manner and in good shape, but it proved to be too large for my purpose. Customer service was polite and efficient, and return directions were clear. I was informed (when I asked) that I would be refunded the full amount I had originally paid. I anticipated that I would have to pay shipping fees to return it, and I anticipated that those would be around $50, the amount of shipping I paid for another, much heavier and larger fixture that I ordered from another vendor. Imagine my shock to learn that the cheapest UPS/USPS ground charge to send back from California to Florida would be $230. Lesson learned: buy from brick and mortar within reasonable driving distance. If interior decorating is not your forte or if you are not 100% certain that what you buy is going to work, you are going to pay through the nose. I will not trade with this business again; I can't afford to chance such unforgiving mistakes. "

"I ordered several ceiling fans and close mount light fixtures. The website is nice, ordering was easy, prices are good, tracking info was emailed. However, a few of the ceiling fans didn't get shipped for 5 days - even though they were listed as "In stock - ships in 24 hours" on the website. I emailed customer support after waiting a few days and they replied. Overall they did a good job, but if I needed something shipped promptly I'd consider a different seller."
