They claimed it had already shipped even though it’s had been less than 24 hours and were unable to update the sleeve. I bought it specifically for a Mother’s Day gift and couldn’t use it. Also the pink cactus was never on the website under Mother’s Day items. It was buried within another category where you had to select the purpose of the item which made it more confusing.
