"I find Lucky easy to manage, I live in Australia and the stuff arrives for me when it says it will. The only way I feel it could be improved on is the shipping, if I spend over $100 on a shop, I'd have though there could be a cheaper shipping option. "I have been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years now (more than 4). They have ALWAYS offered quality products and I've never received anything that was anywhere near expiration date.
They recently improved their customer experience by vastly improving their shipping times! It now takes 2-3 days for me to receive my shipments. I always order over the $49 free shipping minimum.
I also have several items on autoship and it arrives exactly when I'm expecting it and I get a 10% discount for keeping it on autoship! Plus, it is super easy to adjust the shipment date or pause the autoship as well as to cancel it if you don't need it autoshipped anymore. Their prices for my most frequently purchased item (Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal) is better than I can find anywhere else. And a full $20 less per container than Whole Foods!! Plus, I get it delivered right to my house. Win, win!!"
