" I ordered a Chef's secret cookware set as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After numerous emails and dozens of phone calls, no reply and no cookware. I am sending a billing dispute to my credit card company. I wish I had come across this website before trying to do business with them. This has been a nightmare. "

"My story is a lot like those already written here. My order was placed 12/22/2007 and when it did not show up by 1/8/2008 I called Lowest Price Mart. Customer Service never answered the phone or returned my call. I tried all the ext. and only Mark Bowman answered. He told me he has gone to work for Garmin now, but his ext at LPM still rolled to his cell. He told me he would see what he could do about finding out the status of my order, he never returned my call. Since then I have called dozens of time with no answer other than a recording. I have left numerous messages and several e-mails and no one has contacted me. I started calling again this morning at 8:30 EST and the phones lines were not open. At 10:10 this morning the lines were open, but as before no one answered. I tried every ext. and left messages. Marks ext. 703, rolled to his cell and he answered. He promised me that he would call "Garrett" at LPM and let me know the status of my order. It is now 11:45 and no one has called me back. We made a huge mistake in not checking this company out before buying from them. I plan on calling Garmin and seeing if they really do have a Mark Bowman working for them and let them know what's going on. The Federal Trades Commission along with the BBB is next on my list to contact.

My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with Lowest Price Mart.Com is think again!! My investment with them is $632.00.

"I ordered online a Serta Memory Foam Matress topper on July 1,2007. On July 02, 2007 my credit card was charged. It is now January 4, 2008 and I still have not received the product. I have tried countless times to contact someone at the company. The recording is not professional and says, "All of our CLIENTS are busy at this time." It then says to press "1" for sales, "2" for
customer service. I press "2" and it always goes straight to voice mail. I have left numerous voice mail messages, never to be returned. I have emailed again and again, never to be responded to. At one point, I actually spoke to a person (Mark Bowman), he said the item was shipped to zip code 61103, not 63301, said he would ship another one immediately. That was in September
2007. Again, no sign of item. I tried to get my credit card company to reverse the charges, but they said that since it was past 90 days, they could do nothing. The amount was $112.88. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

"I have the same problem as some of the others listed here. I ordered and mp3 player for my daughter on Dec. 10 and have not received it yet 9 days later. I tried e-mailing them twice for a tracking number and got no response and then tried calling them and left a message on their voice mail. I began to wonder if I was going to get it when I ordered something else from amazon.com a couple of days later and it came before this order did. I have started a dispute with paypal asking for a refund and have now reordered from amazon.com who I know will get it to me on time. I will not use lowestpricemart.com again. "

"Would not do business with this store anymore. Warning....very poor customer service. Placed order 12/6 company has failed to provide any order status. After several unreturned phone calls, I contacted someone by pressing extensions who could provide me with an order #. 12/18 I contacted a supposed customer service person who could not provide me with a tracking # from a packaged that picked up on 12/14. Buyer beware.....your saving some money but getting major headaches."

"This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Well I can't really say i dealt with them; since i never heard anything from the company at all. I had read some reviews about this company before buying. (i know sounds dumb) The only reason i sill placed an order was for an item that i was only able to find on this site. It was an rca-rtd300. All other places were out of stock or no longer stocking this item. So to be on the safe side i payed with my paypal account; Im glad i did. I never recieved an email with my order conf. or any order status. I tried calling about 4-5 times and never talked to a live person. I only got voicemail, I tried different times of day and different options. I left 4-5 voicemails and emailed them about 6 times with no resopnse. Finally i started a dispute process with paypal on 11/5/07 and still no reponse for 11 days. So on 11/14/07 I escaled the claim for paypal to decide. I recieved a full refund on the 19th all without a single word, from lowestpricemart.com They'll take your money quick but want nothing to do with you or any service. If you do buy from this company make sure your not in a rush for it and to pay with a CC or paypal to make it easier to get your money back."

"I ordered a pair of speakers from this company. 3 weeks later, they had not arrived. After numerous unreturned emails and voicemails (if you're placed on hold when you call, you automatically go to voicemail after 1 minute), I finally got ahold of someone who said they would reship the order via UPS. It's been over a month now and still no speakers. I was told I'd be called back with the tracking #. I was not. 2 more people said they would call or email me with it. They did not. Their customer service reps. don't actually have any tracking info available and I was unable to reach their shipping department. I spoke with the customer service manager who actually told me he DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO HELP ME!! Unbelieveable. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and the person I talked to heard of this place right away. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy from these guys, ever. I learned a valuable lesson here- do your homework before buying from less popular merchants!!"

"Unfortunately, for me, I found this website only after lowestpricemart.com screwed me over too. I wish I had found it before. Made a purchase, they charged me instantly, no product. It has been a month and a half. I have my pretty little confirmation with order number but no product. I tried calling and no one answers. I am trying email now too. I think this company is a fraudulent business. I won't make the mistake with them twice."

"I ordered an item that was listed as being in stock. I heard nothing further for seven days. I emailed the company and left my number with customer service. I receive no response. I emailed again and the sales department told me the item was out of stock and had not been shipped. They said that their credit department had been notified after my first email and they promised a refund within 24 hours. Over week later, no refund, another two emails, but no response. I had to initiate a dispute with pay pal. The refund was issued right away after I did this (a month after I placed the order), but the company claimed that they had sent out the product and had to verify that it was returned.

The company later explained that they had sent out a different model of the product than what I ordered, so both explanations were correct. This did not sound like a particularly good policy to me.

You may get a good deal here, but then again it may not be worth the trouble.

"Ordered a Sony STR-DG500 Surround Sound Receiver
10 days ago, and they told me the same thing 1-3 days for shipping and i would get an e-mail
BULL! No one ever contacted me I waited for 7 days and wrote them an e-mail thinking that they forgot or my order or it was lost... NO RESPONCE 3 days later I write again, after doing some research found out that they are a RIP off Company fromn various websites! Lowestpricemart sent me to there security department?!?!? and could not prosess my order and said they were going to refund my money... I'll keep this msg board up-to-date when and if i get a refund!

"Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 ipod nanos and never received the merchandise. I called and emailed, and got no response until I threatened legal action. Ultimately I got my refund, but not without alot of hassle and aggrevation. I checked the message boards on this site and found that others have had similar experiences.

I would not order from Lowest Price Mart again.

"I ordered a 62" television from this company, and due to freight shipment delays I ended up cancelling and getting a refund for my computer. The owner of the company took time out of his day almost every day before we decided on a refund to let me know what was going on with the shipping. He has great customer service skills, even though my order didn't work out right I think that I would be willing to try them again."
