"I havent received item ordered. 4 phone calls were unanswered...left 4 voicemails. 3 Emails to Lowtag customer service department are unanswered as well as 1 email to their sales department. Next step is to report the actions of this company to my credit card company and the BBB. DONT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS."

"dishonest...sells remanufactured products without full disclosure as such. purchased digital camera (no indication whatsoever it is remanufactured) that arrives in a vacuum shrinkwrapped retail box. 2 months & less than 2 dozen pictures later the camera completely stops working. camera is covered by a 1yr limited warranty so i contact lowtag who direct me to the manufacturer to obtain warranty service directly. upon disclosure of the serial# the manufacturer informs me the camera is remanufactured (news to me) & lowtag is responsible for the warranty service. lowtag refuses to replace or fix the camera. they even go so far as to doctor the webpage (after i complain) to now indicate the camera is remanufactured to absolve themselves of any responsibility. oh well, my fault for buying from the cheapest company & letting them rip me off"
